Dr.Shafiqullah Safi is from Parwan province but born in Paktia in 1984, he started his primary study in Gardizi primary school, then come to Kabul and continued his study in Azadkhan high school, but due to home war in 1990 he went to Peshwar Pakistan as refuge and graduated from Hazrati Qais Bini Sad high school in 2000, in the same year he joined medical faculty of Afghan University after one year complication the university shifted to country and he also come to Afghanistan and continued his education in Kabul Medical University and finally graduated in 2008 from this university as Medical Doctor.
In 2009 Dr.Shafiqullah went to Ghor province and worked as medical doctor in Dolaina CHC, after 9 months work in clinic he become project officer in CHA sub office in Ghor province, after one year he become project supervisor, but in 2012 he assigned by ACTD as CMAM focal point in this province, In 2015 he worked with Save the children international in Saripul province as nutrition coordinator and then with ACF ( Action Contre la faim ) as Regional nutrition manager, finally in November 2015 he joined Public nutrition department as IMAM supply and Emergency officer.
